Mrs. Ormerod has created a nod to Valentine's Day in our library. The students have had the opportunity of a 'mystery date with a book'. The books have been 'lovingly' wrapped and then been placed in a box awaiting their 'date' to choose them. The students have no idea what book they'll receive! In excess of 50 reading 'mystery dates' have been checked out of the library since Monday, all with the possibility of transporting students to a different world or opening their eyes to a different genre or author.
It's lovely to see the library open and a hive of activity. Encourage your child to check out their 'mystery date' before Thursday, for a half term read!
